Tool data boundary
Most formatting, conversion, hashing and validation run in the browser. Tool input, file content, passwords, tokens and keys are not sent to the business server for analytics.
How data is used
Data supports authentication, localization, security monitoring, aggregate analytics and product improvement. Access and crawler telemetry is written asynchronously after the response and never gates a tool or account operation.
Retention and aggregates
Detailed page visits and crawler records are retained for three days and then removed through TTL and cleanup
Lifetime visit, unique-visitor and crawl counters contain no page detail or tool input
Account data remains while the account is active and is removed or anonymized after a valid deletion request where legally and operationally permitted
Google Analytics retention follows the configured property settings and Google policies
Transport and account security
We apply safeguards appropriate to account and data risks, including a protected transport channel, server-side identity and permission checks, controlled sessions, write-request origin validation, rate limiting and monitoring for abnormal access. Login credentials are not stored in plaintext, and sensitive account data is not returned through ordinary account APIs. Security controls are reviewed and updated as risks evolve.
